Frequently asked questions
I registered during the trial. Can I continue to use MyFutureNow’s services?
If you have registered during the period of the trial, you may continue to use MyFutureNow’s services for free (see below).
You will receive an email from your employer when the trial has ended. After this you will no longer be able to register via this trial. You can of course go direct to MyFutureNow but please be aware you may be charged for some services if you’re not already registered.
I started a transfer during the trial period but it’s not complete yet. Will that be completed?
Any transfers started during the trial period will be completed by MyFutureNow, at no cost to you.
I started tracing my historic pensions during the trial period. What happens now?
As you registered during the period of the trial, MyFutureNow’s tracing team will continue to track down your historic pensions for free. Once the tracing is complete, you will be able to view the dashboard and, should it be right for you, combine your pension pots into your Scottish Widows workplace pension. That would be at no cost to you, as you registered during the trial period.
MyFutureNow are unable to provide financial advice. If you’re considering transferring your pension, there are a number of things you need to understand before you decide if it is the right thing for you to do. If you’re not sure what to do, we recommend that you speak to a financial adviser who may charge a fee for providing financial advice.
